The Workshop
Carpentry & Cabinet Making has now been in the Green family for nearly 50 years. At the age of 27, Brian Green started his own business as a local Carpenter after serving his apprenticeship and learning his trade. He soon earned a reputation as a quality, reliable tradesman, well known within the local community. The business gradually grew and diversified over the years into various different markets from Carpentry work to bespoke furniture manufacture. All this knowledge and experience has been built over the years which enables us to now offer a complete service to our clients. Projects are managed from the very beginning to the very end. From the initial consultation and design to managing all the building work, manufacture of units, installation of units, electrical and plumbing work.
The business is now run by Brian’s two sons, Richard and Nick. They served their apprenticeships within the family business and learned their trades from a hard task master who instilled firm work ethic and attention to detail at every opportunity. Brian wanted to make sure that the reputation of the business that he had built would be left in good hands when he eventually past over the reigns to his two sons. Full City & Guilds accreditation was earned, and they now pride themselves on offering a quality service and product.
